====Overview====
I've been developing websites for over 5 years now and in that time I have had experience with a number of hosting providers.  I still can't say I've found a favorite.  Web hosts come in all variety of shapes and prices, as do my projects.  It still is a struggle to find the right host for a particular project.

Recently, with some larger project I've helped launch, I've tried to be more systematic and thorough in vetting prospective hosts.
